Deloitte Legal assists the sellers of Amista with the acquisition by Ando Group

Deloitte Legal is proud to have assisted the sellers of Amista, an IT service provider which helps companies streamline processes with SAP software, with the acquisition by Ando Group. Amista has over 100 employees spread across Belgium, Hungary and India.
