We are delighted to share the news of Stefanie Van de Perre's appointment as a member of the Federal Advisory Council on Social Criminal Law for a duration of 4 years.

Comprising 20 individuals, the council's members are carefully chosen by the Ministers for Employment, the Self-Employed, Finance, Social Affairs, and Justice. All members come from federal or parastatal government departments, the judiciary, or academia, and for the first time, also from the bar.

The Federal Advisory Council on Social Criminal Law undertakes crucial responsibilities such as conducting studies on the application of social criminal law and providing advice on legal provisions or implementing decrees related to this field. With effect from 31 May 31, lawyers possessing specific expertise or knowledge in social criminal law have the opportunity to contribute to the Advisory Council, thereby enhancing its overall quality.

Deloitte Legal – Lawyers takes immense pride in Stefanie's involvement in this initiative, as she will actively contribute towards driving the project's success.
