Who I Am
I am a business-oriented lawyer with a deep commitment to the Walloon entrepreneurial ecosystem. For more than 12 years, I have specialised in commercial law, litigation and corporate governance — advising companies at every stage of their development, from start-ups to multinational groups.
Beyond legal expertise, I bring a genuine understanding of the Walloon business landscape — built through years of advising local companies through their most critical moments.
Since 2019, I have also taught corporate governance at HEC Liège, bridging academic thinking and hands-on practice.
