Who I Am
I am a Director in the Tax Controversy Resolution Team, advising national and international companies on all aspects of customs and global trade law. Recognised as a Tax Controversy Leader in Belgium by International Tax Review and as a Key Lawyer by Legal 500, I combine practical dispute resolution expertise with deep academic insight. I am active at our Zaventem office.
What I Do
I assist clients in navigating and resolving complex customs and trade issues, including:
- Customs disputes before national, European and international authorities and institutions
- Classification, origin and valuation of goods
- Trade defence instruments, including antidumping and countervailing duties
- Tariff and non-tariff barriers to international tradeµ
