I’m a tax partner with more than 15 years of experience in corporate international tax, M&A and real estate tax. I advise Belgian and multinational clients on complex tax matters in the context of mergers, acquisitions, and real estate transactions. I combine a solid legal and tax background with in-depth real estate industry expertise. I am active at our Antwerp office.
