Who I Am
I’m a Partner at Deloitte Legal, leading the Corporate & M&A team. Since joining in 2007, I’ve built on my early career at Clifford Chance in Brussels and New York, gaining deep expertise in cross border and domestic M&A, private equity, real estate transactions, debt & equity capital markets, and corporate law.
What I Do
- Lead major cross‑border and domestic M&A and private equity deals
- Advise on real estate transactions and capital markets (debt & equity)
- Counsel on corporate law, commercial agreements, insolvency, and restructuring
- Provide practical insight to general counsel through our GC roundtables
