Who I Am
I am Dominique Vanherck, Director at Deloitte Legal, where I lead the Climate & Energy practice within the Public Law, Regulatory & Permits team. With more than a decade of experience in energy and climate law, I combine deep regulatory expertise with hands-on project support, particularly in renewable energy and large infrastructure developments. I am active at our Zaventem office.
What I Do
- Advise on all aspects of EU and Belgian climate & energy law, with a focus on renewable energy, subsidies, permits, concessions, and contracts.
- Guide clients through the full lifecycle of large infrastructure and energy projects, from feasibility and permitting to contracting and execution.
- Specialized in complex engineering and construction contracts (FIDIC), DBFM(O), PPP, EPC, maintenance contracts, and power purchase agreements.
