Who I Am
I am Partner at Deloitte Legal and head of our Tax Advisory Practice. With more than 30 years of experience as a VAT lawyer, I specialise in indirect tax aspects of real estate, financial transactions, eco taxes and contributions. I am active at our Zaventem office.
What I Do
- Advise Belgian and international clients on VAT, with a strong focus on real estate and financial transactions.
- Support private and public sector clients in navigating VAT exemptions, reduced rates, and complex structuring.
- Provide guidance on alternative real estate financing and transfer duties.
- Lead Deloitte Legal’s VAT Advisory Practice, ensuring integrated VAT solutions across industries.
