I am a commercial law partner with international experience advising on complex contractual matters, disputes, and cross-border negotiations. My career spans leading Belgian firms and several years in Asia, where I worked as an attorney at an international law firm in Singapore. I bring a global, strategic mindset to helping clients manage risk and unlock value through effective commercial relationships. I am is active at our Zaventem office.

- Draft, negotiate, and structure commercial contracts in national and international contexts in different industries (automotive, retail, consumer,...)
- Represent clients before the courts and in arbitration (complex disputes related to contractual and tort liability)
- Advice clients in leasing, insurance, distribution, agency, franchising, consumer protection
- Help businesses optimise their legal contracting and risk management frameworks
- Assist clients with their legal compliance related to EUDR, CSDDD, Green Claims, ECGT,...
