Who I Am
I’m a tax partner with more than 24 years of experience advising multinational groups on international tax and transfer pricing. I support clients in designing and implementing global tax and treasury strategies, as well as value chain and intellectual property structures that align tax efficiency with business transformation. I am active at our Zaventem office.
What I Do
- Develop global tax, treasury and financing strategies
- Design and implement value chain and intellectual property structures
- Advise on international tax and transfer pricing matters across industries
- Negotiate and secure unilateral and bilateral advance pricing agreements (APAs) and tax rulings
- Support clients in tax disputes and controversy matters
- Lead Business Model Optimisations and International Strategic Tax Reviews
