Who I Am
As Director in Deloitte Legal’s Legal Entity Management practice, I lead the delivery and development of our entity management business, combining legal expertise with technology-enabled innovation to help clients manage their corporate obligations efficiently and transparently. I am active at our Zaventem office.
What I Do
- Guide clients on incorporations, liquidations, and modifications of articles of association
- Advise on the registration/deregistration of branches and representation offices
- Draft board minutes, shareholder consents, and special company law reports
- Support corporate actions such as capital increases/reductions and dividend distributions
- Lead the design and delivery of Deloitte’s myInsight Entity Management tool
- Drive innovation in legal technology to streamline compliance processes
