Who I Am

I am a director in Deloitte Legal’s Corporate and M&A team, advising corporate and private equity clients on domestic and cross-border transactions. Since joining Deloitte Legal in 2014, I have guided buyers and sellers across sectors through all stages of the M&A lifecycle, from deal structuring to carve-outs and multi-jurisdictional due diligence, working seamlessly with Deloitte’s Tax and Financial Advisory teams to deliver multidisciplinary end-to-end M&A support. I am active at our Zaventem and Antwerp office.

What I Do

  • Advise on mid-market corporate and PE acquisitions and divestitures
  • Assist clients in rolling-out their buy-and-build strategy
  • (Vendor) due diligence
  • Support clients with (cross-border) mergers, (partial) demergers, and corporate restructurings
  • Guide venture capital and private equity investments
  • Counsel on general corporate law issues

  • Lecturer at KUL (Campus Kortrijk) on Due Diligence and SPA’s
  • Postgraduate Degree in Corporate Finance (KUL)
  • Postgraduate Degree in Corporate and Commercial Law (QMUL)
  • Brussels Bar, since 2014
