Who I Am
I’m a partner at Deloitte Legal with over 30 years of experience in commercial law, criminal law and dispute resolution. Since joining Deloitte Legal in 2008, I’ve led our Commercial Law, IP/IT/Data and EU/Competition practices, guiding clients through complex legal matters with both technical depth and strategic clarity. I am also the firm’s Quality, Risk & Regulations (QRR) partner, supporting our teams in delivering high-quality, risk-aware legal advice.
What I Do
I advise Belgian and international clients on a wide range of topics, including:
- Commercial contracts and distribution law
- Market practices and unfair competition
- Pre-insolvency and insolvency proceedings
- Tort liability and corporate criminal liability
- White collar crime and regulatory investigations
I represent clients before civil and criminal courts and have extensive experience in arbitration and dispute resolution.
