Who am I
I am a partner at Deloitte Legal specialising in cross-border corporate law. I advise companies and individuals on corporate and commercial law matters, with a focus on national and international transactions, joint ventures, and corporate governance. Alongside my practice, I am a professor of corporate law at Ghent University and act as an expert advisor involved in the drafting of new legislation (including the Belgian Companies Code) and its interpretation. I am active at our Ghent office.
