Who I Am

I’m a Director in Deloitte Legal’s Corporate and M&A team, with more than 25 years of experience advising Belgian and international private, corporate and non-profit clients on general corporate law, corporate reorganizations, M&A,  and corporate governance. I’m also a member of the public enterprise’s team. I am active at our Ghent office.

What I Do

  • Advise on general corporate law and corporate governance matters
  • Support mergers, acquisitions, demergers, and other corporate reorganizations
  • Conduct legal due diligence exercises
  • Advise on and assist clients with corporate litigation
  • Optimize corporate structures and business models for both privately held companies, multinational companies, non-profit organizations and public enterprises
