I am a Director in the Tax Dispute Resolution Team, specializing in income tax matters. With over 13 years of experience in handling tax audits and disputes, I support clients ranging from multinational corporations to private individuals in navigating complex national and cross-border tax issues. I am active at our Zaventem office.
What I Do
- Focus on corporate income tax, withholding tax and financial tax matters
- From risk assessment and assisting clients in tax audits to administrative proceedings and litigation before tax courts, including the Constitutional Court and the Court of Cassation
- Cross-border tax controversies, with a strong focus on transfer pricing audits and disputes
