Who I Am
I am a Director within Greenille Private Client, where I lead the Family Settlement and Court Proceedings team. With 13 years of experience, I have developed a strong specialization in international family law and family property law, combining deep litigation expertise with academic and practical insight. I am active at our Zaventem office.
What I Do
- Represent private clients, including high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), in personal challenges involving family, estate, and personal status matters.
- Advise, mediate and litigate divorces, separations, custody and issues related to minors, alimony, liquidation of assets, and inheritance disputes.
- Advise, mediate and litigate on matters of legal capacity, last wills, surrogacy, name changes and registrations and legal parenthood.
- Guide private clients through both negotiated settlements and complex court proceedings.
