Who I Am
As a Director in the People Law practice, I head the Antwerp team.
I advise and assist clients across industries on employment law matters, with a focus on complex workforce challenges, including transfers of business, mass redundancies and company closures. I am active at our Antwerp office.
What I Do
- Advise on all aspects of employment law, both individual and collective, within the private and the public sector
- Conduct due diligences and manage (post-) closing employment law formalities in M&A contexts
- Represent clients in employment-related legal proceedings
- Share insights as a guest speaker and author in HR/legal publications
