I am a business-oriented Director in Deloitte Legal’s Corporate and M&A team, advising corporate and private equity clients on domestic and cross-border transactions, restructurings, joint ventures and corporate governance. I combine technical expertise with a pragmatic approach, helping clients navigate complex legal requirements while enabling their growth and transformation.
I am active at our Ghent office.

- Guide clients through (cross-border) mergers, demergers, and corporate restructurings
- Advise on general corporate law and governance matters
