Who I am
I am a partner at Deloitte Legal with a clear focus on public, administrative and regulatory law. I am passionate about serving my clients through sound legal solutions and act as a trusted advisor to a broad range of public authorities and institutions. With a background in law, public administration, and European studies, I bring a unique, multidimensional perspective to public sector legal matters. I am active at our Zaventem office.
What I do
- Assist clients—particularly public bodies—with legal questions relating to administrative law, public procurement, restructuring, permitting, and regulatory compliance.
- Advise on strategic and operational matters, from complex licensing and permitting procedures to regulatory frameworks, public-private cooperation, and policy implementation.

I combine academic depth with practical application. I am thorough and principled, but always focused on delivering workable, realistic outcomes. My approach is collaborative, clear, and rooted in public sector reality—bridging legal obligations and operational goals with a strong sense of public responsibility and efficiency.
Credentials and leadership
- 20 years + experience in advising government.
- 16 years + experience in practicing public law as a lawyer
- Triple degrees in Law, Public Administration, and European Studies.
- Prior university researcher at KU Brussel en VUB and teaching assistant at KU Leuven.
