Who I Am
I am a Director in Deloitte Legal’s Tax Advisory team, based in Brussels. Following my studies, I started working in the Deloitte Belgium Corporate Tax Department in 2015. Since then, my practice has evolved from covering a broad spectrum of international and domestic corporate tax issues to a more focused expertise in transactional, M&A, restructuring, and real estate tax matters. I am active at our Zaventem office.
What I Do
- Advise on tax aspects of M&A transactions and corporate restructuring.
- Provide guidance on real estate projects, from acquisition structuring to implementation.
- Navigate complex double tax treaty situations and cross-border tax issues.
- Assist clients during tax audits and advanced ruling procedures.

- Belgian REITs and local mid-market investors.
