Who I Am
I am a Director in the Corporate and M&A team of Deloitte Legal – Lawyers. Since joining the firm in 2012, I have advised Belgian and international SMEs as well as (semi)public entities on a broad range of corporate transactions, with a particular focus on cooperative models and restructurings. I am active at our Zaventem office.
