Who I Am
I am a Director in the Corporate and M&A practice and lead Deloitte’s Technology Fast 50 & Rising Star programme in Belgium. Since joining Deloitte Legal in 2008, I have built extensive experience in M&A, corporate structuring and company law matters, with a strong focus on supporting privately owned businesses and entrepreneurs. I am active at our Antwerp office.
What I Do
- M&A transactions: buy- and sell-side due diligence, negotiations and transaction documentation
- Corporate reorganisations: mergers, demergers, contributions and other (solvent) restructurings, including post-merger integrations
- Corporate structuring of family-owned and privately held / backed domestic and international businesses
- Company law matters, such as corporate governance, cash repatriation and director’s liability
