The Federal Minister of Finance recently released an amended proposal for a “broad tax Reform.” The preliminary draft aims to strengthen consumers' purchasing power and boost employment. In order to partially offset the budgetary impact of these objectives, an increase of the annual tax on securities accounts (JTER/TACT) rate is currently under consideration.
