Tax reform first phase (#1) Simplified and stricter DRD regime

The Federal Minister of Finance recently released an amended proposal for a “broad tax Reform.” The proposal includes a set of tax measures that would result in a reduction of the tax burden on labor. To ensure budget neutrality certain corporate tax regimes would be changed including participation exemption (dividend received deduction (DRD)).
