Deloitte Legal assists AILOS-Robotics in securing its €3.5 million Seed investment

Deloitte Legal is proud to have supported AILOS-Robotics, a BruBotics - Vrije Universiteit Brussel spinoff, in securing its €3.5 million Seed investment round to become Europe’s gearbox manufacturer for modern, human-centric robots. The funds will be used to advance the industrialisation of Ailos’ cutting-edge patented R2poweR gearbox for humanoids, cobots, exoskeletons and prosthetic devices.

The funding round was led by investors Qbic Fund | Venture Capital and HTGF | High-Tech Gründerfonds, with participation from Wallonie Entreprendre and finance&invest.brussels.

The Deloitte Legal team assisting with the transaction included Christoph Michiels, Tine Bassens, and Heisem Haj Abdo.
