Deloitte Legal – Lawyers supports their client the Pro League in the tendering of the domestic media rights of the Belgian Pro League competitions

Deloitte Legal has offered legal guidance throughout the tendering process, supporting the Pro League in all phases of the trajectory. The relevant domestic media rights have been allocated by the General Assembly of the Pro League to DAZN, VRT and RTBF on 19 December 2024. Following this decision, the Pro League will secure at least 84.2 million euros in revenue per season for the next 5 years.

two student residences in Lisbon and Kraków by means of a contribution in kind against the issue of new shares.
The Lisbon contribution was fully realized on 27 June 2024 while the
Kraków contribution is already signed and expected to close on 5 July 2024. The total contribution value is approximately EUR 80 million.
