Deloitte Legal assists Sweco with the acquisition of Boydens Engineering

Deloitte Legal is proud to have assisted Sweco with the acquisition of Belgian consultancy Boydens Engineering, specialised in designing innovative and sustainable buildings. 

Boydens Engineering, a sector-leading expert in mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire safety engineering, especially known for the design of sustainable ‘net zero-emission’ buildings, employs more than 150 specialists from various offices in Belgium, Luxembourg, Vietnam and Singapore (Representative Office).

The Deloitte Legal teams provided legal due diligence and transaction-enabling services. Our core team included Tim Baart, Wouter D’herde and Margot De Geest.
