Deloitte Legal assists sellers in the private placement via ABB of over 1 Million Melexis shares

Deloitte Legal is proud to have assisted Melexis NV (a BEL20 listed global microelectronics engineering company), its subsidiary Melexis Technologies NV and its parent Xtrion NV, with the successful private placement of 1,790,539 existing shares of Melexis NV - c. 4.43% of the capital - via the accelerated bookbuilding (ABB) procedure.

The Deloitte Legal team was led by David Roelens and Emmanuel Leroux, and comprised team members Sophie Wyckmans and Henri-Simon Vande Vyver.
