Deloitte Legal advises Belgian Corporate Governance Committee in remuneration report guidance

On 13 November 2020, the Belgian Corporate Governance Committee published an explanatory note to help listed companies comply with the new legal requirements regarding their annual remuneration report.

The explanatory note will serve as a useful tool for companies to navigate the hard law rules implemented by the Law of 28 April 2020 and the soft law guidelines issued by the European Commission.
