Deloitte Legal (as formerly Laga) assisted Sweco Belgium NV with the acquisition of Pythagoras BVBA

Deloitte Legal provided buyer-side legal advice and assistance to Sweco Belgium NV regarding the acquisition of Pythagoras BVBA, a Belgian engineering company from Ninove specialised in site supervision and site coordination of infrastructure works.

Sweco on the acquisition:

Pythagoras bvba was founded in 1992 by the current owner Andy Sack. The company has 13 employees who operate on dozens of construction yards in Flanders.
