Deloitte Legal (as formerly Laga) assisted with the sale of Containerdienst Vindevogel to Integra and with the shareholder's and management's reinvestment in Vindevogel Flanders

Deloitte Legal provided seller-side legal advice and assistance to the shareholder of Containerdienst Vindevogel regarding the sale of Containerdienst Vindevogel to Integra via the newly incorporated holding company Vindevogel Flanders. Our firm also assisted with the shareholder and management's reinvestment in Vindevogel Flanders. Integra holds a majority participation in Vindevogel Flanders.

Containerdienst Vindevogel is active in the waste sorting and recycling sector. The company – with its head office in Oudenaarde - offers a variety of services, ranging from container rental and waste transport, to sorting and processing different types of waste. Through its sorting centers (Oudenaarde, Deinze and Gavere) it processes over 160,000 tonnes of waste per year, representing a turnover of approximately EUR 8,000,000.
