Deloitte Legal assists Motown in EUR 15 million Series B investment round

Deloitte Legal is proud to have assisted Motown, an ambitious Brussels based real estate developer, with the successful closing of a EUR 15 Million Series B investment round including subscriptions from an institutional investor, an insurance company and two prominent Belgian family offices.

With these funds, Motown aims at establishing a solid presence in major Belgian cities, and developing a portfolio of around 200,000 sqm within the next 5 years.
