Deloitte Legal (as formerly Laga) assists Coopérative des Betteraviers Transformateurs (CoBT) with a EUR 75M share public offering

Deloitte Legal acted as legal advisor to the Coopérative des Betteraviers Transformateurs (CoBT) in the framework of its maximum EUR 75M public offering of class A, B et S shares.

Deloitte Legal assisted the CoBT with the drafting of the prospectus and towards the approval of said prospectus by the FSMA. Our law firm also advised the CoBT with some aspects of its corporate structuring.

This public offering by CoBT aims at partly financing an ambitious EUR 300M project for the construction, in Wallonia, of the most modern factory in Europe for the transformation of beet into sugar.
