Hélène Casman interviewed by Trends regarding estate agreements

Hélène Casman, Of Counsel and inheritance law specialist in the Greenille Private Client practice, was interviewed by Trends magazine regarding the growing interest in succession agreements in Belgium.

Since September 2018, parents are able to make advance arrangements with their children about the donations they have made. The aim is to allow an estate's swift distribution and without conflict. According to figures provided by the Royal Federation of Belgian Notaries, more than 1164 succession agreements have been recorded.
