Some years have now passed since the introduction of Directive 2019/1023 dated 20 June 2019 on preventive restructuring frameworks and Member States are becoming accustomed to the new tools it introduced. These new tools, and most notably the process of voting in classes by affected parties, has led to a significant shift in professionals’ and, more globally - business’, practices.
