Flexibility and working time rules: are they compatible or do they clash?
Breakfast Seminars
12, 14, 19 and 28 October 2021 | 8:30 am CET
The buzzword for a modern HR policy is flexibility: more and more employers have flexible remuneration plans, employees increasingly want to decide for themselves where they work (at the office, from home or even from Tuscany), and especially when they work. Only Dolly Parton fans remain attached to working 9 to 5.
Many will say that the rigid Belgian legal framework on working time clashes with this ask for flexibility. The recent judgement of the European Court of Justice on time registration seems to be making it even worse. But is that really the case?
During our first live breakfast seminar in 2 years, we will reflect on the rules but especially on the possibilities of the Belgian working time stipulations, the impact of telework on working time rules, the need for time registration in view of the CCOO-judgement and the consequences thereof, and many more.
If you are looking to implement flexibility in terms of working time, this event is for you.
