Real estate transformation in 2018

Danny Stas will be speaking during a seminar organised by the SPRYG real estate academy, which will look at current developments and opportunities in real estate transformations.

The event will look at how depreciated buildings can be converted into sustainable and modern buildings, and the view in this regard by the Flemish government and the Brussels Region.

During his session, Danny will specifically look at the new optional VAT on immovable rent.
