Stefanie Denorme

Stefanie leads the Family Settlement and Court Proceedings team within the Greenille Private Client team at Deloitte Legal – Lawyers.

With nearly 12 years of experience, Stefanie has developed a strong specialization in international family law and family property law. She has extensive experience in litigation and has worked closely with private clients, including high-net-worth individuals (HNWI). Stefanie assists and represents clients in personal conflicts, such as divorces, separations, and all related issues involving minors, alimony, and the liquidation of assets. She also handles disputes over estates and matters related to personal status, including legal capacity (wills), surrogacy, and legal parenthood.

Stefanie has been a member of the Leuven Bar since 2012 and the Brussels Bar since 2018, when she joined Deloitte Legal – Lawyers. She holds a master's degree in Law and an advanced master's degree in Notarial Studies. Additionally, she completed a postgraduate course in Estate Planning at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel in 2018.

Since 2018, she has been active in academia, publishing in journals, teaching legal professionals (Postgraduate Mediation (family affairs)), and is affiliated with the Catholic University Leuven (Rector Roger Dillemans Institute for Family Property Law). Finally, Stefanie is ranked in Legal 500 for dispute resolution.
