Véronique Van Eessel

Véronique is a managing associate at Deloitte Legal and is a member of the Deloitte Legal Corporate and M&A department.

She mainly focuses on advising clients with regard to national and international corporate transactions, such as mid-market acquisitions and divestitures (M&A), diverse corporate restructurings (such as (cross border) mergers and (partial-) demergers), the setting up of joint ventures, providing advice on corporate governance and general corporate law issues.
