Deloitte Legal assisted Xior Student Housing, a Belgian public regulated real estate company specializing in the student housing segment, with the successful capital increase in gross proceeds of EUR 75,679,444 (2,609,636 new shares) through a private placement with accelerated bookbuilding procedure.
