Deloitte Legal assists Montea with the successful capital increase of 102,5 million euro via accelerated bookbuilding

Deloitte Legal is proud to have assisted Montea NV, a company specializing in logistics real estate in Belgium, the Netherlands, France and Germany, with the successful capital increase of 102,5 million euro (1,602,364 new shares) through a private placement with accelerated bookbuilding procedure.
