Deloitte Legal assists Process Automation Solutions NV with the acquisition of IPCOS Group NV

Deloitte Legal provided buy-side due diligence and transactional legal advice and assistance to Process Automation Solutions NV on the acquisition of IPCOS Group NV, a Belgian led group providing digital solutions and services, focused on maximizing plant efficiency, increasing business productivity, and enhancing environmental sustainability, through the smart application of latest Industry 4.0 technologies. IPCOS serves a wide range of international process and allied industries with locations across the US, Europe and India.
