Deloitte Legal assists Speciality Paints & Coatings with the acquisition of IPD and IPC Services

Deloitte Legal is proud to have provided buy-side due diligence and transactional legal advice and assistance to the Specialty Paints & Coatings group with regard to the acquisition of IPD BV and IPC Services BV. Both acquisitions are part of the further expansion of the group, which hereby reinforces its position in the market of industrial paintworks.

The Deloitte Legal Corporate and M&A team of lawyers was composed of Yannick Van den broeke, Hans Vansweevelt, Sébastien Dieleman and Matthijs Troch, who closely worked together on these projects with a multidisciplinary team within Deloitte Legal and Deloitte.
