Deloitte Legal assists Sweco Belgium BV with the landmark acquisition of VK architects+engineers

Deloitte Legal provided buy-side due diligence and transactional legal advice and assistance to Sweco Belgium BV on the landmark acquisition of sector peer VK architects+engineers, a Belgian led multidisciplinary design agency, which, for the past 70 years, has offered sustainable architectural, and engineering design solutions on an international scale, with offices in Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, the UK and Vietnam.
