Deloitte Legal assists Vebego with the sale of the PMC group to Gosselin

Deloitte Legal assisted Vebego Services B.V with the sale of 100% of the shares in Pierre Management Consultancy BV (including its subsidiaries of Transmoove and Nearly New Office Facilities), the Belgian integrated market leading provider of corporate moving services and circular workplace design, to Gosselin Group. 

Vebego acquired PMC in 2016. Following a strategic review, the board of directors decided to sell PMC and focus on its core activities: cleaning, healthcare, facility management and landscaping. The management of PMC has been deeply involved and consulted throughout the entire process in order to secure a suitable new home for their business. 

Based in Voerendaal, the Netherlands, the Vebego Group is a multinational and family owned facility services company. The company employs nearly 40,000 staff and realises a turnover of €1.3 billion in Belgium, Germany, the Netherlands and Switzerland.
