Deloitte Legal assists Intigriti in raising EUR 21 million in its series B funding

Congratulations to Intigriti - Europe’s leading bug bounty and vulnerability disclosure platform. Deloitte’s cross functional team consisting of Deloitte Legal and Deloitte Private is proud to have assisted Intigriti NV in the raise of EUR 21,133,700 million in a Series B financing round that was led by Octopus Ventures. Also participating in the round are Germany-based fund EnBW New Ventures and Intigriti’s largest shareholder, ETF Partners.

Intigriti helps companies protect themselves from cybercrime. Its community of ethical hackers provides continuous, realistic security testing to protect customer’s assets and brand. Moreover its global cybersecurity platform connects organizations with ethical hackers to continuously test and improve their security through bug bounty programs and other crowdsourced techniques.

The new investment will enable Intigriti to further accelerate its rapid detection, reporting and validation of vulnerabilities. In addition, Intigriti will use the funds to grow its headcount to more than 200 employees worldwide, spread across the company’s offices in the UK, Europe and Singapore.

Previously Intigriti also ranked as a finalist in the 2021 edition of the Deloitte’s Technology Fast 50 competition which is aimed at fast-growing technology companies that have their headquarters in Belgium.

The Deloitte Legal Corporate and M&A team was led by Christoph Michiels (Partner - Corporate and M&A) and comprised team members Sander Kevelaerts (Associate - Corporate and M&A) and Roan Asselman (Junior Associate – Corporate and M&A).

The Deloitte Private team was led by Kristof Cox (Director – Integrated Services) and Cécile Wolfs (Director – Integrated Services) and comprised team member Goedele Zandijk (Consultant – Integrated Services).
